Q: How long can I expect my print to last?
A: All of my prints are made using materials (ink, paper, backing, matting, etc.) expected to last a lifetime, 80 years or more. Things that may reduce the life of the print are outlined here and are all well within your control.
Q: How do I purchase a print, pendant, or other items?
A: I now have shopping cart functionality on this site, just click the 'ADD TO CART' button near the items you would like to purchase. I currently use Google Checkout to complete payment, if you prefer an alternate method of payment please contact me here. |
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: It varies by item and is based on weight. Pendants ship for $2 or less in the US & Canada. Prints ship for $3 or less, and small items like greeting cards and magents ship for under $1...
Q: What is your return policy?
A: I accept returns and give a 100% refund. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase of the item.
Q: Can I see the prints & pendants in person before ordering them?
A: If you live in the Northwest US you may be able to see my prints if I am at a local art fair or gallery. You can keep up with my appearances here - be sure to let me know you found my website!
Q: How do I obtain a license to use your image?
A: I am working on a stock photography store at Alamy - until then you must email me directly here |
Q: The images on my screen look a little blurry. Will the prints be like this?
A: No, definitely not. All of the images on the website have been compressed so they are able to view quicker, but in the process some detail and color saturation is lost. The prints are done directly from a high resolution digital file, whether the original source was film or digital.
Q: The images on my screen look too dark/light. Will the prints be like this?
A: Computer monitors will all vary. I do all of my imaging work on a calibrated monitor so that in the process of taking the photograph, editing the photograph, and making the print, all of the tones, detail, and color stays consistent. Try here to do some basic starter calibration adjustments. |
